Family & Fun!
When David’s sister Terrie found out that Dad was sick and not doing to well her and her husband, Robert, came up this weekend to see Dad. Terrie and Robert’s daughter Michelle drove up with her daughter, Sara Beth. It was sure fun to see them all. We went up before Church on Sunday to see them before they headed back to Vegas. It was a fun visit. Thanks Terrie, Robert, Michelle, and Sara Beth. We sure love you! Terrie has always been there for me and I love her just like she was my own sister. She is the sweetest woman!
Night Out!
David, myself, Richard (David’s brother), and Rena (Richard’s wife) went out to dinner after the BYU game. Kasha came over to do a load of laundry and hang out with the kiddos. Richard and Rena were babysitting their youngest sisters 2 kids and so we left Talena with our kids and Kasha. They seemed to have a lot of fun. Kasha texted me during dinner and said that Talena was sweet and cuddling on her lap with her. Thanks!
CSU vs. BYU
Liz had a group of family that came out to watch her perform at the BYU game. Nana & Papa Proctor. Grandma Powell (Grandpa Powell couldn’t attend due to health problems). Cousin Kasha Holmgren. We are sure glad that they were able to attend and be a part of this fun occasion. She was happy to see them all.
Liz Cheering
Liz wanted to do the BYU cheer camp this year. She went to cheer camp and then performed at the CSU vs. BYU game. She was so excited and did an EXCELLENT job. She was excited to get her picture with Nicole Pratt (the BYU Cheer coach), with McKell (one of the BYU Cheerleaders), and then the group of cheerleaders that taught the 2 performances that the group did.
Nae’s last night.
My sister’s last night here was last night. She flew out today to go back home. We are sure going to miss them. We had lots of fun while they were here. Went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks. We also saw National Treasure 2 Book of Secrets. We went to Olive Garden yesterday for my younger brothers birthday. We played games and watched a video last night. We love you guys!
My New Year’s Eve!
My hubby, David, wasn’t feeling well so he went up and went to bed and took Dylan with him. The kids were in Liz’s room watching High School Musical and High School Musical 2 and so my sister, Renee, and I went downstairs and watched Mr. Brooks. Wonderful show if you can watch a scary movie without having nightmares. It was fun to spend some time with my sis!!!! I sure love you Nae!
3 Cousins!
Mikayla, Alexis, and Elizabeth are all born in the same year. Mika was the first in July, Alexis followed 1 month to the day later in August, and Elizabeth followed in November. They are so fun to watch together and get along well. We sure wish Mika lived closer. Might have to have her come out and spend some time with the family this summer!!! The 3 girls spent the night at our house together to bring in 2008!
